No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. Please ensure you select the correct size and review product details before purchasing.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kobaathletics@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. We will review your case and provide a resolution if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:

• Running t-shirts
• Pullovers
• Socks
• Gloves

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, consumer protection laws require that you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for returns. This only applies if the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you believe you qualify for this, contact us at kobaathletics@gmail.com before returning any item.
